Cable Landing Site Shelter Placements

STG Inc. partnered with GCI to build 12 Cable Landing Sites (CLS) in villages over two years, connecting subsea fiber to communities and enabling local distribution. In 2024, STG completed four sites, earning praise for quality and collaboration with local entities. The project’s logistical challenges included chartering Brice Marine mid-summer to transport equipment between remote locations. Despite the complexities, STG delivered exceptional results, staying on track to complete the remaining sites in 2025.
