In one of the most remote corners of Alaska, Brice Builders is taking on a challenging $27 million design and repair project that pushes the boundaries of arctic construction. As prime contractor, we’re completely overhauling the plumbing and fire protection systems of Building B150 at the Tin City Long Range Radar Site (LRRS), a critical facility that demands the highest standards of safety and reliability.

This comprehensive upgrade encompasses far more than just pipes and sprinklers. Our scope includes designing and installing state-of-the-art fire suppression systems, modernizing all plumbing infrastructure, and executing extensive interior renovations.
